The end is nigh
The end is nigh, one of the last weeks we can polish the game!
This week we mainly got some sounds in and further polished the existing lighting/particles.
The dash-particle is now done and implemented in the game, making dashing and killing people even more fun!
Later on, we would like to add some leave/bush-particle, so it becomes a little bit more clear where and when a sheep is hiding in the bush.
We've continuously been tweaking the lighting in the game, everything should be readable but we also want to keep the darker atmosphere.
Art-Wise we're almost completely done, beside some tweaking here and there for which we still planned a week.
The week after that we'll spend most of our time presenting our new game!
As for the programming this week, we did some smaller bug fixing, we also improved the blood trail system, so its more like a trail of blood when you drag someone
we also added a small force in the direction the sheep dash to kill tourists, this was mostly needed for the ragdolling later, but it still gives a nice effect. We want to implement the ragdolling to make the dragging and killing of tourists more satisfying, unfortunately we ran into quite some problems and haven't been able to implement it yet.
thats all we have for this week hope to see you on the next one.
